Pursuant to section 2.6 of Executive Order (E.O.) No. 23 and E.O. No. 26, both series of 2011, mandating the DA-DAR-DENR Convergence Initiative to develop a National Greening Program in coordination with DepEd, CHED, DSWD, DBM, private sectors and other concerned agencies and institutions and declaring the implementations of the National Greening Program as a government priority, we, from Toril National High School, as chosen to be Pilot School for the Division Launching, proudly and wholeheartedly accepted the implementation of this program last July 29, 2011 at the vicinity and coastal area of this school, situated at Sirawan Beach, Toril, Davao City.
